Witching Flower uses print-on-demand services, meaning all products are unique and produced only when ordered. As a result, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.
However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Witching Flower offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. To initiate this process, please email charmed@witchingflower.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.
Important Notes:
If an issue affects multiple products using the same design, an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame will be required for confirmation.
Witching Flower will not be responsible for, nor offer reprints or refunds, if a customer orders the wrong size or color.
In case of an unsuccessful delivery, customers may choose between a reprint with an additional charge or a partial refund.
For DTG (direct-to-garment) products, a print placement tolerance of 0.5″ applies, meaning minor variations in print positioning will not be considered defects.
