Refund & Return Policy

Witching Flower uses print-on-demand services, meaning all products are unique and produced only when ordered. As a result, returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, Witching Flower offers a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. To initiate this process, please email charmed@witchingflower.com and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

Important Notes:

  • If an issue affects multiple products using the same design, an additional photo (or video) showing all affected items in one frame will be required for confirmation.

  • Witching Flower will not be responsible for, nor offer reprints or refunds, if a customer orders the wrong size or color.

  • In case of an unsuccessful delivery, customers may choose between a reprint with an additional charge or a partial refund.

  • For DTG (direct-to-garment) products, a print placement tolerance of 0.5″ applies, meaning minor variations in print positioning will not be considered defects.
