Do you work with clients outside of the U.S.?
Yes! We work with businesses around the world. All meetings are conducted via Zoom, and we ensure seamless communication throughout the project.

Branding & Design
How do I know if I need a full branding package or just a logo?
A logo is just one piece of your brand identity. If you’re looking to create a cohesive, strategic brand that builds trust and recognition, we recommend a full branding package. If you just need a logo as a starting point, our Brand Starter Kit might be the best fit.
How much input do I have in the design process?
A lot! We believe in collaboration and value your insights. Our process includes strategy discussions, mood boards, and revision rounds to make sure the final design aligns perfectly with your vision.
Will I get all the files I need for my branding?
Yes! You’ll receive a complete set of logo files (PNG, JPEG, SVG, EPS, AI) along with either a mini brand guide or detailed brand guide demonstrating your fonts, color palette, and how to use your new branding consistently.
Website Design
Do I need branding before getting a website?
Yes! Branding is the foundation of your website. If you don’t already have a strong brand identity, we recommend starting with one of our branding packages before moving into web design.
Will I be able to update my website myself?
Absolutely! We design websites with ease of use in mind and provide custom video tutorials to guide you through making updates on your own—no tech experience required!
How long does it take to design a website?
Our website timelines vary based on the package:
- Splash Page Site: 3-4 weeks
- Complete Website Design: 6-8 weeks
Timelines may shift slightly depending on project complexity and feedback turnaround times.
Do you provide hosting and domain registration?
We don’t provide hosting or domain registration directly, but we’ll guide you through the process and recommend trusted providers to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Working Together
What’s the first step to working with you?
Start by filling out our project inquiry form! We’ll review your details, set up a discovery call, and send over a proposal with pricing and next steps.
How far in advance should I book?
Our availability is limited, and we often book out weeks in advance. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your spot!
What happens if I need more revisions?
Each package includes a set number of revisions. If you need additional changes beyond that, we’re happy to accommodate at an hourly rate.
Do you offer ongoing design support after the project is finished?
Yes! We offer a la carte design services for social media graphics, marketing materials, packaging, and more. Whether you need a one-time update or ongoing support, we’re here to help.

How does your shop work?
All our products are made-to-order, meaning they are printed and produced only after a purchase is made. This ensures a more sustainable process with less waste.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, colors, or changes of mind. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, we offer a free replacement or refund if reported within 30 days of delivery.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?
If your order arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us within 30 days via charmed@witchingflower.com. Be sure to include clear photos of the issue to expedite the resolution process.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Orders begin processing immediately after they are placed, so we are unable to cancel or modify them once they are in production. Please double-check your order details before confirming your purchase.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location in the USA and the product ordered. On average, orders are processed within 2–7 business days, and shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.
How do I know you actually donated to Equality Florida?
At the end of Q1, 2025, we will proudly display all contributions made to Equality Florida on our website. This Fundraiser is just starting, March 1, 2025.
